"We came in on Saturday night during dinner rush a group of 4 of us. We got the Hogs Trough platter to try all the meats and we were not disappointed! Paige was our server and she was excellent. She made sure we liked everything and suggested speciality desserts. We ended up trying the deep fried cheesecake and it was amazing. We will definitely be back!"

"My wife and I ate here on Sunday with another couple that are friends of ours. Food was out of this world. Best mac and cheese around Maysville. The brisket was perfect! Absolutely no complaints about our food. The service was on the slow side. Our server who said she was also the manager, Paige, was not in my professional opinion in any way managerial material. We barely got anything from her but our food! Maybe some staff changes need to be made. But this place has great potential because the food was great!"

"Been coming here for awhile. Finally decided to leave a review. I have seen the servers stressed out with A FULL PACKED RESTAURANT. My server Paige on multiple occasions has been nothing but polite courteous and respectful. Has gone above and beyond at many times. I think with some of these reviews, people need to realize that there has to be patience with servers too. Yeah, we are not the only ones in a restaurant some of the servers handle four or five tables. Sometimes the tables can be a big party. Now, as far as the food, there has not been anything on the menu that I have not enjoyed everything has been great taste wise and presentation wise, owners are amazing as well."

"We love The Hogs Trough! Before today I'd only tried their burgers through a takeout order, not dine in. The burgers were big and delicious (big enough for two meals). Today we dined in and we tried the platter with 4 sides. The meat selection was wonderful and the bbq meat (chicken, pork, ribs, brisket) was very tender and juicy, not dried out. Hands down the best bbq in Maysville. The portions were huge, we brought home enough leftovers for another meal. The service was great and the food came out fast. I would highly recommend The Hogs Trough in Maysville!"
